Terms and Conditions

When booking a service with us via email, online booking or over the phone, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
  • Full Contact details must be provided on booking.
  • Please contact us to confirm your area is covered if you live further than a 5 mile radius from Sidcup, Kent. 
  • Payment must be made on the same day of the work being carried out.
  • We accept payments via Card, BACs or Cash
  • Please allow 24hrs notice for any cancellations, this includes both parties. 
  • Interior vehicles that are heavily soiled i.e. mud, pet hair etc, an additional charge will apply. Charges will be agreed by both parties prior to work commencing. 
  • All items should be removed from the vehicle prior to work being carried out. Failing to do so could lead to the vehicle not being fully cleaned. 
  • Auto Supreme Valeting are fully insured. 
  • We welcome all feedback for the service you have received. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the service provided, contact Auto Supreme Valeting  within 24hrs.
